Accessibility Statement

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The accessibility requirements are based on Section 1 HmbBITVO in conjunction with Sections 3 (1) to (4) and Section 4 of the Federal BITV, which was issued on the basis of Section 11 HmbBGG.

The verification of compliance with the requirements is based on a regular automated assessment by the Eye-Able® technology of Web Inclusion GmbH. More information about Web Inclusion GmbH can be found at https://eye-able.com/.

Based on the review, the website is currently not fully compliant with the aforementioned requirements.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • In the captcha, no alternative output is offered in addition to the graphical representation. This makes it difficult to use voice control.
  • On individual pages, there are slideshow elements where the name is not part of the labelling in navigation elements. This makes it more difficult to use voice control.
  • In the ordering process, an accessible name is missing in some dialogues. This makes it more difficult to use voice control.

The elimination of these known deficiencies is currently being planned.Date of creation or last update of the accessibility statement
