Usage Information
Has an increasingly toning effect and can act up to three minutes, depending on the desired degree of neutralization. Apply to wet hair after using Blonde Revival™ Purple Toning Shampoo. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. The toning result may vary.
