Usage Information

For a subtle eyeliner, apply the liquid eyeliner to the first lash of the upper lash line, gradually drawing a line from the inside to the outside. For real drama, draw an additional line above the first one from the middle of the eyelid. Let this line flow upwards at the outer corner. Fill in the area between the two lines, using small strokes that flow into each other to make it even easier. For a smoother hand, rest it on a support when applying.
