When brushing, always start at the tips and then work your way up to the root carefully. Hold the strand at the root to avoid tugging too much at the joints.
When styling with a hair dryer, straightening iron or curling iron, you should be careful not to expose the joints of the extensions to excessive heat, otherwise they may dissolve. Always work with heat protection to protect your hair.
