Conditioner
After hair has been gently and thoroughly cleansed with a suitable shampoo, apply a hair conditioner for the necessary care and protection.
What can a conditioner actually do?
By shampooing the dandruff layer of hair is opened, residues, sweat, sebum, fat and deposits dissolved leached. Only then hair is ready to take in care substances. In this condition, hair is also very sensitive and should be treated with care. The conditioner has the task to provide hair with care and nutrients and to close the cuticle of it afterwards. This makes your hair resistant to environmental influences, hair dryer heat and the use of styling equipment. Once your hair is heavily strained, you should apply a hair conditioner on a regular basis, as this will repair your hair from the inside and protect it sustainably. In summary: shampoo is responsible for the cleaning, conditioner cares for the daily care and protects the hair, a treatments rebuilds it from the inside up again. The most important thing is to choose the right conditioner for your hair.

Why conditioner and what's in it?
Who does not dream of a full, healthy and easy-cared hair? With the right conditioner you have already made the first step! But what is the secret of hair conditioner?
The use of conditioner supplies the hair structure with care substances and then reseals it. This smoothes the cuticle and the result is healthy, well-groomed and shiny hair. Therefore, a conditioner should always be used after a hair wash to protect hair from environmental influences, sunlight, heat and cold. Hair can also be easier combed and styled using a conditioner. The ingredients in a conditioner can be quite different. In most cases, a rinse contains natural oils such as argan oil or jojoba oil, which are said to have a rich conditioning effect. But also moisturizing substances such as hydroproteins, silicones, detangler and glossy fabrics are included in the conditioner.
These ingredientes ensure easy combing, a unique smoothness and radiant shine. Moisturizers, acidity regulators, surfactants, lubricants, antistatic agents and preservatives ensure a correspondingly long shelf life, act against electrostatic charging, reduce friction and wear, are responsible for cooling and to keep the pH constant.
Regularly using a conditioner will greatly reduce the effects of hard tap water, as it will make your hair look dull and brittle.
By using conditioner, your hair will be easier to comb, shiny and counteract static electricity.
Conditioner for rinsing
After shampooing, spread an approximately walnut-sized amount in your palms and massage into damp hair. Mainly treat the lengths and tips with conditioner. With fine hair, the conditioner should not be distributed at the hairline, so the volume is not lost. Let it soak in for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly, so that hair is not unnecessarily weighted. Now hair can be carefully pre-dried with the towel and dried with the hair dryer or in the air. If you want to style your hair with a hair dryer or a straightener, we strongly recommend that you use heat protection.

Leave-in conditioner
The leave-in conditioner is either sprayed on the hair or rubbed in serum-containing form in the palms and massaged into the lengths and tips of hair. Afterwards, the conditioner is not rinsed out, but remains in hair. Then you can style as usual. Often, leave-in conditioners are very rich and nourishing. The fact that they remain in the hair, the active substance lasts longer and provides hair sustainably with nutrients.
Where does the conditioner come from?
When there was no shampoo or conditioner, as we know it, hair was washed with soap and water and partially rinsed with vinegar. Even then, the rinsing conjured after the hair wash shine and suppleness.
In the 20th century, Ed Pinaud developed the first form of hair conditioner in creamy form. Since then, the conditioner is indispensable from our daily care.
