5 styling tips for fine hair
A dream: ...the hair gum glides over the shiny plait, the hair opens and falls softly and fully over the whole back. Full, flowing hair, that's what we all want. But what if you are simply not blessed with such a voluminous dream mane? Don't worry - with a few simple tips even the flattest hair can be pushed or cleverly concealed!
1. fast volume in between
To give the hair more volume "on the fly", simply spray a little hair spray on top of the hair upside down, then go through the hair with your fingers and define the individual hair strands. This creates more fullness in a matter of seconds.
2. Slick set in scene
The Slick Hair Look is the perfect hairstyle for thin hair! It's super easy and for this hairstyle you don't even have to add extra volume to your hair. Because the trendy look looks good even with thinner hair and cleverly conceals the missing volume.
For the style, simply hairdo the hair back with a wet gel, let the lengths and tips dry and comb straight. You look like you're coming straight from the pool or beach.
3. Backcomb, backcomb, backcomb
Volume can hardly be created more easily: Slightly push the hair with a comb from the middle to the base, carefully comb the top coat smooth and fix it with hair spray. This has the effect of a quick attachment lifting! So: Toupee, what the stuff holds.
4. Volume up!
Volume foam, volume spray, volume powder - there are many products especially for thinner hair that provide for fullness. It is important that they are mild products that do not weigh down the hair additionally. You can find a selection here.
5. Cheating allowed
Braided hairstyles are not for fine hair? Wrong thought! With the Pancaking technique you can bring more fullness into your hair and let the braided hair strands appear thicker. That's how it works: After braiding, pull the braid apart with your fingers strand by strand at the outer edge of the strand. This makes it wide and flat - like a pancake.
A quick alternative: Inconspicuously weave in a few artificial strands of hair in the shade of your hair colour.
