Silicon in the skin is important for the building and strengthening of connective tissue. The concentration of silicon decreases during the skin aging process. The strength of the connective tissue diminishes. The silicon curve of the skin continues to fall, no matter what age you are. The first signs of aging are usually visible from the age of 30. The first signs of aging begin from the age of 25. Moisture is less well stored in the skin, collagen production decreases and cell renewal processes run more slowly. Alcina Pre-Aging Cream should be used from the age of 25 to counteract the progress of these processes. But even at a higher age the Pre-Aging Cream is recommended. Biotechnologically produced spider silk is an active ingredient that forms a breathable protective film on the skin. This active ingredient is particularly good for sensitive and stressed skin because spider silk acts as a barrier against harmful substances. This supports the skin's natural barrier function. The spider silk helps the silicon to penetrate deeper into the skin and work longer.
The silk polypeptides are not of animal origin, therefore the product is pure vegan. It is also free of aluminium salt, paraben and silicone.

I have already tested the Alcina Pre-Aging Cream myself. I apply it morning and evening to the cleansed face, neck and décolleté. The cream is easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I find the fragrance very appealing, pleasantly natural and fresh. The cream smells like aloe vera. After applying the cream, the skin feels smooth and very soft and supple. I continue testing the product and am excited about the result.
