Now it may sparkle! Glamorous Eye Make-Up

Are you still looking for the right eye make-up for New Year's Eve or the next party? Now it can be really glamorous and glitter a little! Because the trends for the turn of the year 2016/2017 can be summed up in a simple formula: Glitter, gold, glitter and glamour, glamour, glamour. That goes for the outfit as well as for the eye make-up. Our New Year's Eve eye make-up tip goes well with a sparkling dress in trendy gold as shown in the picture below. And even if you prefer the classic black for your dress, it is a special eye-catcher. With this look, the golden eyeliner gives the Smokey Eyes that special something for the party at the turn of the year - or any other occasion.

First apply a primer to the eye area for a good durability of the eye make-up. Then draw a line closely along the upper and lower lash line with a kayal or eyeliner and then blend it with an eyeliner brush. Now apply an anthracite-coloured eye shadow in the eyelid crease and slightly above the eyelid crease on the fixed eyelid and blend it out towards the eyebrows. Next, apply a black eye shadow to the upper eyelid and blend it out in the crease. With the black eye shadow you also stroke the kayal or eyeliner line on the lower lid as well as the outer corner of the eye. Then apply highlighter under the eyebrows. Now accentuate the eyelashes with a volume of mascara. For the extra glamour touch on New Year's Eve, apply some glitter powder to the upper eyelid. The special highlight of this New Year's Eye Make-up is the golden eyelid line. Now apply a line close to the lash line with a golden eyeliner. Pull the line slightly beyond the corner of the eye with a slight swing upwards. Et voilà!

So the glamorous start into a hopefully sparkling 2017 succeeds!
