Our customers become product testers

We have been conducting product tests with our customers since 2017. To do this, we send them specific products matching their needs free of charge. The test then runs for about two weeks and ends with a product evaluation in the shop.

Especially for new products, it is very helpful in online shipping if the products already have ratings from real customers. This is no way to buy a pig in a poke. Since we attach great importance to presenting reasonable reviews in the shop, each individual review has always been manually checked and approved by us before activation. We do not look whether the product was evaluated negatively. We only check whether for example insults or insults occur. A negative evaluation can also be extremely helpful for the purchase decision.

Since the end of 2018, we have been promoting the creation of new ratings with our bonus program, and now we want to do the same with product tests. Here we are supported by many brands. So far, among other things, we have been involved:
