This includes the vegan weDo Professional range, which offers recyclable products with many natural ingredients for skin and hair. Animal testing is completely avoided. Silicones, sulphates, parabens and artificial colourings are not contained in the majority of the articles. The team is also involved in creating a cleaner environment. The appearance of the bottles is very clean. You can feel the minimalist approach that was also important for the development team when selecting the ingredients. Honest, clear facts about the contents and scope of action. I like this right away and it also makes it easier to decide on the items that suit me personally.
weDo Professional has a small but fine selection of products. The majority of hair types should find their suitable match. Also skin care is not neglected, some products are equally applicable for skin and hair. For example, the "Spread Happiness" hair and body spray, whose name alone brings a smile to our faces.
The Test
"What can the natural ingredients really do?" I asked myself and started the practical test with a set consisting of the weDo Professional Light & Soft Shampoo, Conditioner and Mask. The leave-in products "weDo Professional Detangle" and the overnight mask "weDo Professional Nourishing Night Cream" were also included for the test due to their attractive caring properties.
When I use the shampoo for the first time I notice the difference to other products with more "chemistry". It foams only very slightly. But after a short "How do I get this well applied?" I notice that the shampoo can be spread quite evenly when rubbed in. The light, fruity fragrance provides a refreshing cleansing experience. The conditioner and the wonderfully creamy mask are also easy to apply and provide noticeable care. The fruity scent of Detangle Spray makes my hair easy to comb, but this effect requires a few more sprays. The bamboo extract contained in these four products strengthens the hair and gives it healthy elasticity without weighing it down. After blow-drying I can only confirm this.
My hair shines very nicely, and although it has been drizzling a bit (typical Hamburg weather), it doesn't curl in all directions, which my hair usually tends to do. So the care works! The Nourishing Night Cream with the "Hero ingredient" Cupuaçu butter is especially recommended when the hair needs really intensive care. It is best to place the care ritual on a Lazy Sunday, as it takes some time to be properly absorbed, even though it has been rinsed out, due to its richness. Once the cream has been completely absorbed by the hair and no residues are visible or noticeable, I can enjoy a really beautiful result: my hair is particularly intensely shiny and smooth, but also feels strengthened. So this is what the natural ingredients can do!
