Shipping and delivery
As soon as we have received your order and a payment confirmation, your order will be processed further. Depending on the labeling of the article, the delivery time is 1 to 2, 1 to 3, 4 to 5 or 6 to 7 working days within Germany. The delivery times to other European countries have to be considered up to 5 additional working days. In the case of items that are not available, we will try to inform you as precisely as possible when the item will be available again.
Delivery to packing stations
You are welcome to have your delivery delivered to a packing station. You can register here for delivery to a packing station. You can enter the data for delivery to your packing station in the "Address" step of the ordering process. Please enter the packing station including number in the field for street and house number and your personal postal number in the field "Company".
You will be informed by email and push in the DHL Paket App as soon as your package can be picked up from the Packstation. The package can be picked up from the packing station within 9 days. To pick up you need the customer card and the pick-up code in the DHL app. Further information can also be found on the DHL website.
Confirmation of shipment
As soon as your order has been packed and shipped by us, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with the tracking number. With this you can track the status of your delivery at DHL.
DHL delivery time
Delivery with DHL takes about 1 to 2 working days in Germany. If the shipping time is significantly exceeded or the status of the package does not change permanently, please contact us so that we can contact DHL.
Could your package not be delivered and will it be returned to us? If your package cannot be delivered, DHL will send it back to us. This process can take up to 10 working days to complete. We will then process the return within a week and reimburse you the purchase amount - just like a normal return.
If you still want your order, please place a new order. For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to send it again.

Should the parcel have been delivered according to the shipment tracking, but you haven't got it? Please send us a completed recipient declaration by email to [email protected], we will take care of it.
