For fine to normal, unruly hair, the Discipline Bain Fluidealiste  is the perfect non-weighting cleanser that works with pro-keratin to repair and strengthen your hair. Immediately following is the Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste , a conditioner which gives immediate suppleness and combability and protects your hair against humidity for up to 72 hours. The light instant care Discipline Fluidissime  can also be used to reduced damaging effects of heat. The included heat protection prevents damage and split ends especially when using hot-irons tools on dry hair. In addition, the hair is nourished and strengthened.
Also for thick, unruly hair is recommended first to use the Bain Fluidealiste to cleanse gently your hair and if the Fondant Fluidealiste is not enough care, the  Discipline Maskeratine  is an intensive hair treatment recommended instead or in addition. The perfect combination of leave-in care and heat protection is provided by the Keratine Thermique  which additionally softens, smoothes and protects the hair structure with thermoactive ingredients.

For all types of curls Kérastase offers the products Curl Idéal which support the bounce and elasticity.
Something very special is the Cleansing Conditioner  which cleanses the hair at the same time as a shampoo and cares like a conditioner. The silicone and sulfate-free formula avoids foaming and is rinsed out after 2-3 minutes. For more natural volume and movement is recommended the Discipline Mousse Curl Idéal  which makes the curly hair more elastic and wonderfully springy. If, on the other hand, you want to reduce the volume, you can take the Discipline Masque Curl Idéal  after the cleansing conditioner.
