Application: First cleanse your hair with a silicone-free shampoo. We recommend pretreating medium blonde or lighter hair as well as bleached, highlighted or heavily damaged hair with khadi Pure Henna or Light Brown. This is the best way to prepare your hair for khadi Plant Hair Color Dark Brown.

Mix khadi Dark Brown with water heated to 50 degrees until you have a smooth paste. Use a brush to distribute it evenly through your hair: strand by strand - right to the ends. If you only want to dye your roots, leave out the lengths and ends.

Leave the natural hair color on for between 30 and 120 minutes. The longer it is left on, the darker the color result will be. To refresh the color, you only need 15 to 30 minutes. Then rinse with clear water - done.

Do not use shampoo for 24 to 48 hours, as this is the time required for the color to develop its depth. Then use a khadi hair oil to fix the color pigments. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it out with a natural shampoo. This will make your dark brown last longer.
