Application: Wash your hair with a silicone-free shampoo such as khadi Amla, Shining Shikakai, Neem Balance or Orange Vitality Shampoo. For very damaged hair, we recommend pretreating with khadi Senna Cassia.

This is the best way to prepare your hair for khadi Plant Hair Color Mahogany:

- Mix the khadi herbal hair color powder with 80 degree warm water until you get a smooth cream. Distribute this evenly in your hair with a brush: strand by strand - right to the ends. If you only want to dye your roots, leave out the lengths and ends.

- Leave the mahogany plant hair dye on for between 60 and 120 minutes. The longer it is left on, the darker the color result will be. If you have already dyed with this shade and just want to freshen up your color, leave the color in your hair for 15 to 30 minutes.

- Rinse out the plant hair dye with clear water after the application time. Now refrain from shampooing for 24 to 48 hours, as the color depth of your khadi shade will fully develop during this time.

- To fix the new color pigments in your hair, you can use a khadi hair oil before washing your hair for the first time after coloring. Leave the oil on for at least 20 minutes and then wash it out with a natural shampoo. This will make your khadi herbal hair color last longer.
