The Londa Light Plex Bond Lightening Powder No 1 provides up to 7 levels of lightening and clear blonde results. The included ProPLex technology helps to restore the inner hair bonds. The hair is strengthened during lightening.
Application:
- Apply to dry hair
- mix with Londa Professional Oxidation Emulsion
- mixing ratio 1:1.5 to 1:4
- for application near the scalp use Londa Professional Oxidation Emulsion 6% or lower
