Description
The Londa Light Plex Bond Lightening Powder No 1 provides lightening up to 7 levels and clear blonde results. The ProPLex technology it contains helps to restore the inner hair bonds. The hair is strengthened during the lightening process.
Application:
- Apply to dry hair
- Mix with Londa Professional Oxidizing Emulsion
- Mixing ratio 1:1.5 to 1:4
- for application close to the scalp, use Londa Professional Oxidizing Emulsion 6 % or less
