Usage Information
L'Oréal Inoa is a professional hair color and is mixed with the matching L'Oréal Inoa Oxidant. Inoa is mixed in a ratio of 1:1 with Inoa Oxidant. Application time 35 minutes without heat, choice of developer:
- 3% up to 1 tone lightening, minimal lightening, low coverage.
- 6% up to 2 tone lightening, standard lightening, maximum reflection, white hair coverage.
- 9% up to 3 tone levels of lightening, strong lightening.
