How to use:

Step 1 The hair should be clean, dry and free of tangles before use. Place the flat iron with the stand on a smooth, heat-resistant, flat surface and plug it in. Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the appliance switches on and the "ON" indicator lights up. Adjust the temperature with the left and right buttons to achieve the desired heat. For healthy styling, we recommend the 180°C/360°F temperature setting, unless you have very straight/thick hair.

Step 2: The key to long-lasting, luscious waves is to prepare your hair properly. Give your hair a heat protectant to protect the strands from heat and give your hair extra hold.

Step 3: Start by dividing the hair into sections using our grip clips. Smaller sections create more defined waves. Start with one section at a time at the top near the hairline and clip the hair in place, making sure the hair is evenly positioned in the coils. Make sure that you do not touch the scalp with the appliance. Hold the appliance for 2-5 seconds. Keep the time shorter if the hair is easy to curl or if you want less defined waves. Once you have released the first clamp, re-clamp the top barrel of the waver to the last wave bend. Overlap each wave with the wave bar to create a seamless wave from roots to ends. Repeat this process all the way to the ends on the entire head.

Step 4 When you have finished waving, make sure the hair has cooled completely before touching it to allow it to set. For an effortless beachy wave, brush out the wave with our Mermade brush or comb through. Finish with an additional spray of Mermade Mist for hold and shine, or a flexible spray or lacquer spray for more hold.

Step 5 To turn off, press and hold the power button until "OFF" is displayed. For your safety, the appliance switches off automatically after 60 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before packing it away. Wipe the appliance after use to avoid product deposits on the appliance.
