Usage Information

Booster: Every morning and evening, after cleansing your face, apply a small amount like eyeliner using the innovative applicator directly to the base of the lashes and to cleansed and dry brows. If you experience a brief, slight tingling sensation at first, this is harmless. Care Balm: In the evening, after removing eye makeup, apply to brows and lashes and leave on overnight. Caution: Do not use RefectoCil Care Balm for up to 24 hours after tinting, as the balm's high oil content can negatively affect the tinting result.
