Returns

Within the framework of the statutory right of revocation, you can revoke the purchase contract up to 14 days after receipt of your goods and return the products received. You also have the possibility to return individual products and receive a refund if you ordered an item by mistake, for example.

Please note: Since most of our products are hygiene products, they must not have been used and any hygiene seals must not have been removed. Otherwise the articles are excluded from being returned. Furthermore, they must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

For the revocation in whole or in part, it is sufficient if you return the article(s) to us within the period of 14 days, stating the order number.

If you send your return from Germany, you can create a return label on the status page of your order. You can find the status page of your order via your customer account.

If you don't have a customer account yet, you can create one here. The orders from the last 12 months that you have placed via the registered e-mail address are automatically linked to the newly created customer account.

If you do not want to create a customer account, you can also create a return label via the status page of your order. You can find this in your order confirmation. If you no longer have this to hand, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to send you the order confirmation again.

In rare cases, items may be damaged on the way to you. In this case, please first contact our customer service by e-mail and attach a photo where the damage to the goods is clearly visible.

As our products are hygiene articles, used products or products with the hygiene seal removed cannot be taken back and the purchase price cannot be refunded. We guarantee all customers to receive unused original products.
