Usage Information
Preparation: Mix all three components of blonding powder (IGORA Vario Blond Plus or Super Plus) + IGORA Vario Blond Cool Lift + IGORA Royal Oil Developer until a creamy consistency is achieved. Mixing ratio powder :liquid – 1 : 2 (1 part blonding powder + 2 parts Cool Lift and Oil Developer).
.Apply evenly and generously to dry hair, do not shampoo beforehand. Only for techniques without scalp contact (highlights). Do not apply on light blond or previously bleached hair. Do not use on sensitive hair or very damaged hair. Do not apply to the scalp. Use cleaned professional application tools.
