3. styling & supporting techniques: Shaping with curling iron

Shape the entire head or shape sections for extremely soft natural movement or light styling support.

Step 1: Shaping & application: Comb the hair into the desired shape. Separate the sections of hair to be treated and cover with absorbent cotton. Apply IGORA Skin Protection Cream to the contour. Brush the gel over the entire length of the hair so that all the previously separated strands are covered.

Step 2: Application times: Normal to slightly porous hair: 15-20 min. without heat, 5-10 min. with plastic cap and 45 °C heat. Up to 30% highlighted hair: 10-15 min. without heat. Do not use heat. Do not exceed the maximum recommended exposure time. No test curl necessary.

Step 3 Drying & curling iron: Rinse the gel thoroughly from each passée with warm water. Use a low heat hairdryer to roughly shape the hair back into shape until it is completely dry. Now style the processed area section by section with the hot curling iron and secure the created curls with a plastic hair clip.
