Delivery times
The delivery time within Germany at hair-shop.com depends on the tagging 2-3 or 5-7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If several items have been ordered with different shipping times, the shipping time is based on the longest specified shipping time. For European countries you should add to 5 additional business days due to DHL delivery times. Should an article not be available we will inform you as soon as possible with a delivery date.
The delivery period begins upon receipt of the order. In the case of payment in advance, it begins two business days after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution. For other forms of payment on the day following conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or at the delivery vacation on a public holiday recognized by the state, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
Order Tracking
Your order is delivered with our carrier DHL or Hermes which ensures your package arriving fast and safe. On the day of the shipment of your order you will receive an email with the confirmation of despatch with all the information you need as the tracking delivery number.
