Izumi Tonic strengthening conditioner with rice water for brittle hair. Izumi - Japanese for spring - is inspired by yu-su-ru, the ancient Japanese tradition of bathing the hair in rice water. This light conditioner strengthens and thickens the hair fiber, moisturizes and gives hair radiant shine. Hair is soft, supple and full of radiance.
Application: After cleansing with Izumi Tonic Shampoo, apply to hair lengths and ends, leave on for 5 minutes and rinse. Finish with Izumi Tonic Serum.
