Stylpro Makeup Brush Cleaner & Dryer Original Brush Cleaner

Make-up brushes are a breeding ground for bacteria, which can cause skin blemishes, redness and dry patches if they are not cleaned. 44% of women have never washed their make-up brushes! Professionals recommend cleaning make-up brushes once a week. However, conventional cleaning methods are very cumbersome and time-consuming. APPLICATION:

THIS APPLIANCE IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. USE IT ONLY FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE AS DESCRIBED IN THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

1. select the brush and pay attention to whether you want to remove water-soluble or non-water-soluble make-up from the brush.

2. select the (E) CUP best suited to the brush to be cleaned and press the brush into it until it is firmly seated and straight. Remove the (E) BOWL and the brush from the (F) BOTTOM.

3. push the (C) spindle into the square opening on the underside of the (E) BOWL. Make sure that the StylPro appliance is firmly and straightly connected to the (E) CUP and the brush. Correct the position of the brush if necessary. Any slight tilt will affect the cleaning and drying ability of the StylPro and may cause rattling during use.

4. (B) Fill the tray:

A. For water-soluble makeup (e.g. blush, bronzer, loose powder), add a small amount (4ml/0.14floz) of your favorite antibacterial liquid soap to the (B) TRAY. Please consult your brush manufacturer for the best possible cleaner. Fill the bowl with water until the water level is half the height of the bristles to be cleaned. If you are not sure whether the make-up is water-soluble, try this step first. If the brush is not completely clean, follow the instructions for non-water-soluble make-up.

B. For non-water-soluble make-up (e.g. foundation), add 10-20ml (0.34-0.68floz) of StylPro Make-up Brush Cleanser (available separately at www.stylpro.co.uk) to the tray, depending on the brush size. Make sure that the level of the solution is less than half the height of the brush bristles to be cleaned.

5. gently move the brush up and down in the liquid and gently push the brush into the (B) bowl to open the bristles. Work the liquid into the bristles. Repeat the process for 5 seconds. To avoid damaging the brush, do not allow the metal sleeve to sink below the water/cleaner level.

6. after 5 seconds: Turn on the StylPro while gently pushing down on the brush in the (B) TRAY. Gently lift the StylPro - the brush will start to rotate rapidly, causing the liquid to spray upwards. Slowly move the brush up and down for 10 seconds, always keeping the brush below the cleaner level. If the brush is not straight at this point, it may start to wiggle from side to side and hit the (B) DISH. If this happens, loosen your grip and gently place a finger on the top of the StylPro. If this does not solve the problem, turn off the StylPro and refer to the ""Questions and Answers"" section at www.stylpro.com.

7. after 5-10 seconds: Gradually lift the spinning brush out of the liquid, but keep it in the (B) TRAY and let it spin above the liquid. As the brush lifts out of the dirty liquid, the bristles will spread and you will see the water/cleaner and dirt being thrown out of the brush. Let the brush circle over the liquid. Switch the StylPro off after 10 seconds. Repeat this step if you want it drier. Tighten the bristles with your fingers if necessary. WARNING: Do not spin too much as this can damage the brush. We advise you NOT to spin dry for more than 10 seconds at a time, then check the brush and, if it is still wet, repeat the process.

8. detach the (E) BOWL from the (C) SPINDLE, remove the brush from the (E) BOWL and replace the (E) BOWL and the StylPro on the (F) BOTTOM.

9. remove the (A) TOP from the (B) BOWL and then wash the (B) BOWL and the (A) TOP by hand with soap and warm water. DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER.

Only use the appliance with the attachments supplied. If they are damaged, replace them only with original replacements to avoid an electrical hazard. Only use cleaning solutions as described under 'Instructions for use'. ALWAYS keep the appliance away from hot or heated surfaces and avoid direct sunlight. NEVER use attachments other than those supplied by us. NEVER use the appliance if it is damaged or broken to avoid injury. NEVER attempt to disassemble or modify the appliance as this could pose a hazard to the user and will invalidate the warranty.
