Usage Information
Application: Use after a Blondor lightening service. Express toning to neutralize warm gold reflections and to achieve blended blonde results. MIXING RECOMMENDATION: EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect. Fast & reliable toning for blended blonde results. EXPRESS TONING and as a BASE BREAKER: Mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect. Perfect for gently lightening the natural-colored roots while simultaneously toning the lengths and tips. Evens out color boundaries - for premium blonde results.

/86 Ultra Cool Booster can be used to more intensively neutralize gold/orange reflections. Add 1-5 g Ultra Cool Booster to 30 g of selected toner color and mix 1:2 with developer.
