The Freelights white bleaching powder from the Wella Blondor series has been specially designed for precise freehand techniques. Suitable for natural or already colored hair, the bleaching powder in combination with the corresponding Blondor Freelights oxidizing agent can be used to produce natural, soft color gradients without a visible root. Thanks to the creamy texture of the powder-developer mixture, which does not spill out, the job is particularly easy. It does not even need foils.

Usage Information
Wear gloves to protect the skin and choose the appropriate Freelights Blondor Oxidant from Wella, depending on the desired level of lightening. After mixing powder and developer, apply to dry hair.
