Description
The particularly gentle and creamy Color Touch Emulsion 1.9 % was specially developed for use with Color Touch Intensive Tint. Always mix in a ratio of 1:2, i.e. 1 part cream and 2 parts Color Touch Emulsion 1.9 %.
